Dear Jeremy Hunt,

The Prime Minister says that decisions about our health service should be taken by the NHS locally, but King George A&E faces closure because of a decision taken by your Conservative predecessor in 2011.

Now that NHS clinicians, commissioners and providers have come to the conclusion that closing King George A&E won’t work, we’re asking you to do the right thing and reverse the ministerial decision to close our A&E so that we can develop a better plan for health in North East London.
